Quez is a great guy to work with, and the OTT Stage 1 tune is working great on my truck. I opted for the Enhanced Plus throttle response setting on my stock 4th Gen Tacoma, and it feels like the way the truck should have come from Toyota. I'm looking forward to working with Quez again when it's time to upgrade to Stage 3.

Had a positive experience with Big Dawgs Toyota Tuning. Easy to schedule an appointment. Fast, friendly service and the ECU Flash Tune was a welcome improvement to my 4Runner!

After I installed the tuned ECU and drive it for about a week, the difference was night and day. I had the ECU tuned and sent to me and there were no issues, install was easy. If you can't make it to the shop or to one of the events, this option is great .

Great guy! The tune changed my truck in the best way (should be this way from factory). Took care of the sluggishness and the “shudder” from the transmission almost entirely. Now I can keep my truck! Highly recommend this service, even if brand new (mine has 22K miles now, but would’ve done it off the lot if I’d known about it).

Big Dawgs was great. We had some issues with our initial meeting, so he quickly rescheduled and came directly to me. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and made it clear that he was available for any follow up questions or tweaks. I can see a huge improvement in throttle response, much smoother shifting while going up hills, and increased capability to quickly accelerate around slow moving vehicles on the interstate. Still getting used to it and feeling it out, but all in all well worth it.

Big Dawgs took care of my upgrade on my tune.

Owner was super nice and very informative about the tune. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. I've got a 2022 Tacoma TRD off road manual transmission. The tuck stock was very sluggish. Ive got a completely different truck now. This tune is 100% worth the price.

All I can say is if you drive a 3.5 tacoma like mine this is the best thing you can do to your truck ,I am VERY HAPPY that I got my truck tuned by Big Dawgs Tuning , if your truck drives like a slug that doesn't know what to gear it wants to be in with bad throttle response I promise you will be happy getting this done.

Quick and professional. OTT is as described. Tuned my 2019 Tacoma and I was back on the interstate in less than 20 minutes. Truck shifts like it should now and switching to medium mode will put a smile on your face.

Much better throttle mapping. No need to bury your foot to get moving. Noticed better torque off the line, feels like the converter locks up almost right away. I get the feeling that the engine doesn’t need to work as hard. The hp and torque gain arnt that noticeable but I expected that being the limits of the platform. Their knowledge and experience with the outcome helped me decide what throttle map to choose and I’m glad I took their recommendation. Overall I’m very pleased with the results.
