Where does Big Dawgs offer in-person OTT tuning?
We serve Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky, with regular appointments in the Nashville area and rotating visits to Knoxville and Chattanooga. As an authorized OTT (Overland Tailor Tuning) retailer, we've tuned Toyota and Lexus vehicles throughout the region since 2021.
When will you be tuning in my area?
We tune in the Nashville area regularly and travel to Knoxville and Chattanooga on a rotating schedule. For the fastest appointment, book with us in Nashville, or reach out to ask about our next Knoxville or Chattanooga event.
How do I book an in-person tuning appointment?
Choose your location on our in-person tuning page and select an available appointment, or contact us directly. We'll confirm your date, time, and what to expect for your specific Toyota or Lexus.
Vehicle support & warranty
What if I don't see my vehicle listed?
We're adding new Toyota and Lexus platforms regularly. If your vehicle isn't shown in our appointment types, reach out directly. There's a good chance we can tune it or have support coming soon.
Will tuning void my warranty, and can the dealer still service my truck?
Like any aftermarket part, a tune could affect warranty coverage only if the dealer proves it directly caused a specific failure, and we make no guarantees either way. Many of our customers visit their dealership with no issues. OTT does not lock your ECU, so the dealer can still run diagnostics and service your vehicle normally.
Can my vehicle be put back to stock?
Yes. Whether you were tuned remotely with a pre-tuned ECU, a COBB Accessport V3, or through our in-person service, we can always return your vehicle to stock.
